A high level of perimeter security protection was required for a recently completed critical infrastructure facility at Strathfield in Sydney.  Thorburn was engaged to prepare the design and tender documentation for the work.  Services included structural, lighting, electrical, and communications engineering together with urban design and landscaping input in relation to impacts on adjoining private property owners.
