We provide an independent professional service specialising in building and infrastructure projects covering both capital and maintenance works.  Services are available for either the full project life cycle ie from concept to feasibility to design to construction or, for discrete phases only as required.

Service Provided
We provide all project management services from project inception to completion or can provide specific services at any point in the project life cycle. These include:

• Development of project brief and project plans;
• Design management;
• Risk assessments, value management;
• Cost estimates;
• Financial analysis and feasibility of options;
• Funding submissions;
• Planning and programming;
• Preparation of tender documents (for construct only, design & construct or other procurement options);
• Calling tenders, evaluation of tenders, negotiations and recommendation on award of contracts ensuring compliance with probity and competition requirements;
• Construction management, contract administration;
• OH&S management to Regulation 2001;
• Cost, program, scope, quality and stakeholder management throughout project.
